Position Summary

This is a high-growth seat for an early-career sales professional looking to build a career in institutional digital assets. You will work alongside our VPs across the Hex Safe client portfolio, while also owning a book of smaller and mid-sized accounts directly.

The role is hands-on from day one: pipeline support, client coverage, deal execution, and event-driven origination. You will get exposure to the full institutional crypto stack: custody, WaaS, staking, tokenization and the senior relationships that come with it.

We expect the person in this seat to grow quickly into a quota-carrying Institutional Sales Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support VPs and Senior Institutional sales members across the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, deal managing, onboarding coordination, and day to day ongoing client coverage.
  • Own a portfolio of smaller and mid-sized institutional clients directly to drive trading/client activation, retention, and grow wallet share.
  • Prepare client-facing materials: pitch decks, commercial proposals, RFP responses, account plans, and follow-up notes.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and HubSpot CRM accuracy; produce weekly pipeline, activity, and revenue reporting for the team.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, client operations, compliance, and legal to move deals through onboarding.
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to build a personal network and source new opportunities.
  • Track market intelligence, competitor moves, and client signal; feed insights back to product, marketing, and leadership.
