Banana Moon Day Nursery in Croydon is seeking a dedicated and passionate Baby Room Leader / Early Years Professional to lead our baby room team and support the development of the youngest children in our care. In this role, you will provide a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for babies aged 0-24 months, ensuring their emotional, social, and physical development is nurtured.

As a Baby Room Leader / Early Years Professional, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality early education and care, leading your team with enthusiasm, and collaborating with parents to support each child鈥檚 individual needs.

Salary: 拢30,000 - 拢33,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
