Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday: 9:00/10:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM (Weekends: Off)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As a BT/RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

  • Collect and record accurate session data

  • Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals

  • Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications

  • Current RBT Certification (required)

  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)

  • Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)

  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)

  • Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)

  • A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
