About the Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to support K–8 students in a collaborative school-based environment with placement details determined closer to the start of the school year. You’ll be joining a supportive team with strong resources to help you succeed in your role.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide behavioral support services for K–8 students
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Support IEP development and participate in meetings as appropriate
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Caseload Details

  • 1 full-time BCBA position
  • Specific school and caseload TBD prior to start of school year
  • Support across K–8 settings

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills
