What is our proposal?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Group Travel Intern to provide fundamental administrative and operational support to the Group Travel Specialist and Management Team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to learn about the B2B travel industry and gain hands-on experience in the coordination of group travel arrangements.

What will you do?

  • Support the Group Travel department by organizing and filing travel documentation.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry and the preparation of basic proposals.
  • Shadow the Group Travel Specialist during communication with travel advisors to learn best practices for client updates and inquiry management.
  • Provide support for collaborative projects with internal teams.
