Responsibilities
We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development & Account Manager to support our business growth in the Wallonia region. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Smappee's footprint within the EV charging ecosystem. You will actively prospect new business opportunities, build strong partnerships and convert opportunities into long-term commercial success.
- Develop and grow your territory through active prospecting and structured market outreach.
- Identify, approach, and close new partnerships with installers, CPOs (Charge Point Operators), facility managers, fleet operators, and real estate professionals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate follow-up and CRM management.
- Analyse customer needs and business cases to offer tailored EV charging solutions with clear added value.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, translating insights into concrete commercial actions.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings at our headquarters in Harelbeke, especially during onboarding.
