About the Role
10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking knowledgeable business development specialists based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered business and sales systems.
What You Will Do
Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to business development, lead generation, client relationship management, and commercial strategy
Evaluate AI responses for practical relevance, clarity, and compliance with real-world standards
Draft realistic business development scenarios based on your direct professional experience
Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. business development manager, client, stakeholder, or executive)
Identify gaps, oversights, or weak logic in AI-generated business content
In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated business development content, ensuring it reflects authentic commercial reasoning, strategic approaches, and practical sales processes. Rather than conducting traditional business development tasks, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about commercial practices at scale.
Who You Are
A senior-level business development specialist or manager with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
Experienced in building, executing, and evaluating commercial strategies
Skilled at reviewing business processes, client interactions, and sales strategies
Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
