The Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor are looking for a Casual Hotel Receptionist.  As our Receptionist, you are the first and last person our guests see, so we are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to check-out and throughout the guest journey.

As a receptionist, you will have exceptional people skills, be comfortable with standard PC systems and have a passion for helping people.

Hotel Receptionist will have:

• Previous hotel reception experience
• Experience with hotel PMS, ideally Opera Cloud
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong foundation in customer service
• An excellent interpersonal skill and able to connect with others.
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude.
• Who possesses a good command of English and has excellent communication skills.
• With previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, preferably or a positive attitude and passion to learn.
• Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences with a friendly disposition to smile.
