What You’ll Do
As the Corporate Compliance & Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our operational integrity and nurturing a world-class workplace culture. You will navigate complex regulatory landscapes and lead rigorous internal investigations, ensuring that Archer's corporate "nervous system" remains compliant, safe, and scale-ready as we revolutionize mass transit.

Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and monitor enterprise-wide compliance programs to ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and aerospace regulations. Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate policy effectiveness and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving industry standards.

Employee Investigations: Conduct thorough, autonomous, and highly sensitive investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, and workplace conflicts. Gather and analyze evidence—including interviews and technical documentation—and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Policy Development & Training: Partner cross-functionally to author, update, and deploy workplace policies and ethical conduct standards. Deliver engaging compliance education and training programs to employees across all functional organizations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor and primary bridge between Legal Counsel, Human Resources, and executive management to ensure cohesive and proactive handling of compliance matters.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Monitor workplace compliance initiatives and employee behavior patterns to systematically identify potential risks, suggesting process improvements to optimize corporate workflows.
What You Need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a closely related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in corporate compliance, human resources, or legal investigations, with a dedicated focus on employee relations.

Analytical Rigor: Strong capability to dissect complex information, identify root causes, and evaluate highly variable factors in high-pressure situations.

Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience conducting objective interviews and writing executive-ready investigative reports.

Interpersonal Diplomacy: Absolute discretion and a verified ability to handle sensitive, confidential, and ambiguous situations with immense tact, empathy, and professional boundaries.

Regulatory Aptitude: Foundational familiarity with employment laws, internal governance controls, and compliance best practices.
Bonus Qualifications

Advanced degree (JD or Master's) or specialized professional certifications in corporate compliance or workplace investigations.

Prior experience working within an aerospace OEM, automotive manufacturing, or an equivalent highly regulated infrastructure environment (e.g., FDA/Medical Devices).

Familiarity navigating enterprise technology platforms and HRIS systems (such as Workday).

The targeted base pay range for this position is $130,800 - $163,500. Actual compensation offered will be determined by a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, foundational skills, and unique background experience.
