Intro 

This role is intended to help grow and engage the creator community by developing ANZ specific programs, campaigns, and communications that attract and retain creators in the ANZ community. 

What you’ll do:

  • Support Australia & New Zealand’s creator community program to acquire and retain ANZ creators.
  • Develop plans to engage creators through community channels, incentive programs and community ambassadors.
  • Lead end-to-end creation challenges to incentivize creators.
  • Lead community calendar across various channels including emails, online forums and webinars/events .
  • Plan creator events and IRL catch ups with creators to drive engagement.
  • Define, track and analyze success metrics for programs to identify actionable learnings for ANZ.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate and simplify community communications to creators.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong experience in managing creators and/or strategic partners in Australia & New Zealand.
  • Strong in project management & execution, data collection and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in your day-to-day workflow for relevant outputs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications, a related field or equivalent experience.

In-Office Requirement Statement

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our Sydney office.
