Gypsy Collective is looking for a Content Manager to join our team and support content publishing, updates, and quality control across multiple websites and locales. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized specialist who can efficiently manage promotional and product-related content, ensure accuracy across platforms, and work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
📅 Your daily adventures include:
- Preparing, publishing, updating, and removing promotional content (promotions, tournaments) on websites, ensuring accuracy and timely execution;
- Managing content updates related to product changes, including welcome offers, bonuses, currencies, legal pages, and UI elements;
- Supporting website migrations and redesigns: content transfer, proofreading, CMS setup, and validation of content display;
- Conducting regular content audits in CMS, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and removal of outdated materials;
- Maintaining and updating recurring content sections (e.g., Free Spins lists, promotions, big wins, etc.) regularly;
- Participating in gamification launches: studying mechanics, adding content, and ensuring accurate and timely releases;
- Performing content proofreading and QA checks, including translations, links, buttons, and UI consistency across different locales;
- Collaborating closely with Product, Promo, Design, and other teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues;
- Executing ad-hoc content tasks based on business needs (new pages, pop-ups, feature updates, legal changes);
- Identifying and reporting bugs, inconsistencies, and UX issues, ensuring high-quality content delivery across all platforms.
