The Role
Hybrid working requirement: Candidates should be able to attend our Marousi, Athens office at least once every two weeks. Please note that travel or commuting expenses will not be covered for candidates residing outside Attiki or outside a reasonable commuting distance.
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Executive to help power XTM’s global content engine through high-quality, execution-focused content creation and distribution.
This is a highly hands-on role focused on producing compelling content across multiple formats and channels to support brand awareness, demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline growth. You’ll work closely with product marketing, growth, design, and subject matter experts to turn complex localization and AI topics into engaging B2B marketing content.
AI tools are central to how this role operates. We’re looking for someone who already uses AI-assisted workflows daily to improve content ideation, research, repurposing, editing, and production efficiency.
This is not a strategy-only content role. You’ll be actively writing, editing, optimizing, repurposing, publishing, and supporting the distribution of content that directly contributes to marketing performance and business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Hands-on Content Creation
Long-Form & Campaign Content
- Write and produce high-impact marketing collateral including ebooks, white papers, blog posts, case studies, customer stories, and thought leadership content
- Translate technical product capabilities and industry topics into engaging, audience-friendly narratives
- Support demand generation campaigns with compelling content tailored to different funnel stages
Social Media & Email Content
- Create engaging copy for social media channels to increase brand visibility and audience engagement
- Draft copy for email marketing campaigns, nurture workflows, and promotional assets
- Support campaign messaging consistency across multiple marketing channels
Website & Content Operations
Website Content Management
- Draft, edit, and maintain website content aligned with product messaging, campaign priorities, and SEO best practices
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to update and optimize landing pages and web copy as campaigns evolve
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and quality across digital touchpoints
SEO & Discoverability
- Optimize content for SEO, GEO, and AEO principles to improve organic visibility and discoverability
- Support implementation of content optimization recommendations based on keyword research and performance insights
AI-Enhanced Content Production
AI-Assisted Workflows
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate content ideation, drafting, summarization, repurposing, and editing workflows
- Apply AI-assisted processes to improve speed, scalability, and operational efficiency while maintaining content quality
- Stay current with emerging AI tools and evolving content production best practices
Content Repurposing & Multimedia Support
- Repurpose webinars, reports, research, and long-form assets into short-form content, social posts, infographics, and multimedia scripts
- Collaborate closely with design and product teams to transform technical insights into accessible marketing materials
Distribution & Performance Support
Content Distribution
- Support distribution of content across owned, earned, and partner channels
- Coordinate publishing schedules and assist with campaign execution across platforms
Analytics & Optimization
- Track content engagement and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Use analytics and marketing insights to understand audience behavior and improve future content performance
