We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist to support the management of land lease agreements related to renewables energy projects in Portugal. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper administration of land agreements by maintaining strong relationships with landowners, monitoring contractual obligations, and coordinating with the Legal Department on contractual matters.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain lease agreements for renewable energy projects (e.g., land leases, surface rights agreements).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with terms and obligations.
  • Track lease payments, rent updates, and other financial commitments.
  • Prepare and send contractual communications (e.g., notices, correspondence).
  • Coordinate with Legal on contract reviews, amendments, and related matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and support internal teams (legal, development, finance) on land agreements.
