How you will contribute to SLM's vision
We are looking for a Customer Care Agent.
You will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
As a Customer Care Agent you are genuinely excited to help customers. You’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. You love to talk. Problem-solving skills also come naturally. Finally, you are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if you don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
What you will be doing
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and tickets
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Spare no effort to exceed customers needs
