Als Customer Service Representative / Auftragssachbearbeiter/in (m/w/x) wirst du Teil unseres engagierten Verkaufsteams, das aktuell aus 28 Kolleginnen und Kollegen besteht. In einem dynamischen Umfeld erwartet dich eine abwechslungsreiche, administrative Tätigkeit mit starkem Fokus auf Kundenservice und Teamarbeit.
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen per E-Mail und über unsere Online-Plattform
- Erstellung von kundenindividuellen Angeboten
- Nachverfolgung und Koordination von Lieferungen
- Bearbeitung von Rücksendungen und Reklamationen
- Systempflege und -administration im Rahmen der Auftragssachbearbeitung
- Beantwortung allgemeiner Kundenanfragen und -korrespondenz
