As we launch, we’re expanding our Customer Success team and looking for 2–3 ambitious talents to join us at an exciting stage of growth.

The role

As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for Monefit Card users in Estonia. You’ll help customers understand the product, solve issues quickly, and make sure their experience feels smooth, human, and trustworthy.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn fast, work close to a product launch, and grow into a broader role over time — potentially across product, operations, or customer experience.

What you’ll do

  • Support Monefit Card customers across chat, email, and other support channels
  • Help users understand how the card works, including payments, limits, billing, and account setup
  • Handle customer questions with clarity, empathy, and confidence
  • Spot recurring issues and share feedback with product and operations teams
  • Help improve internal processes, support scripts, FAQs, and customer journeys
  • Represent the voice of the customer during the launch of a major new fintech product
  • Work closely with a growing team across customer success, product, compliance and operations
