About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened up in the Data and Analytics Team. In the role, the successful candidate will:
- The role will focus on leading data quality improvement initiatives within Davy that delivers value to the business and key stakeholders.
- Critical focus is needed on developing and embedding a data quality framework including standards, procedures, targets, root cause analysis of gaps, developing remediation plans as well as leading outcome oriented cross-functional working groups.
- Support an enterprise-wide programme to transform data practices ensuring data is trustworthy and can be used effectively to deliver stakeholder value.
- Create data quality standards and procedures in line with policies, implementing monitoring solutions to ensure organisational adherence
- Working closely with business, operations and technology, identify and lead initiatives for sustainable and measurable data quality improvements across people, process and technology
- Concisely communicate impacts, outcomes and benefits when proposing resolutions to business needs to support the prioritisation decision-making process
- Develop and produce high quality MI reporting progress and KPI’s
