About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Ad Sales professional with strong expertise in App Campaigns, mobile advertising, and performance-driven digital sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through direct advertisers, agencies, and app-focused marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong relationships within the mobile app ecosystem and hands-on understanding of app install campaigns, user acquisition, performance marketing, and programmatic/mobile ad solutions.
What will you do as a Director - Ad Sales (App Campaigns):
- Drive revenue growth through acquisition and management of advertisers and agencies for App Campaigns.
- Sell mobile advertising solutions including:
- App Install Campaigns
- User Acquisition (UA)
- Performance Marketing
- CPI / CPA / CPC campaigns
- Retargeting solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, brands, app advertisers, and performance marketers.
- Identify new business opportunities across Gaming, Fintech, E-commerce, EdTech, OTT, and D2C sectors.
- Work closely with Ad Operations, Programmatic, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and optimization.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Understand advertiser KPIs including ROAS, installs, engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue analysis for leadership review.
What are we looking for:
- 8-10 years of experience in Digital Ad Sales / Mobile Advertising / App Campaign Sales.
- Strong understanding of:
- Mobile advertising ecosystem
- App install campaigns
- DSPs & Ad Networks
- Programmatic advertising
- Performance marketing metrics
- Existing relationships with:
- Media agencies
- Performance agencies
- App advertisers
- Brand marketing teams
- Experience working with platforms/tools such as:
- Meta App Campaigns
- Appsflyer / Adjust / Branch
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
