As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s financial and business performance by providing high level financial reporting and insights, tracking actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts and helping business units make more informed decisions towards the attainment of financial and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business unit managers to drive the budget, forecast, and long-term business planning cycles by providing valuable input on the underlying assumptions;
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, including key financial and business metrics, for presentation to business units’ executive committees;
  • Monitoring actual performance against budgets and forecasts, and supporting informed decision-making to achieve financial and business objectives;
  • Ensure that reliable, timely, and high-quality financial information is provided to business unit heads to support informed decision-making;
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, providing financial expertise and supporting business units in the evaluation of new products, initiatives, investments, and strategic projects;
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial planning, analysis, and reporting by maximizing the use of available ERP and business intelligence systems;
  • Support Qualco Group’s continued and controlled growth by taking an active role in establishing, monitoring and enforcing financial reporting and controlling processes;
  • Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and support the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
