What you’ll be doing
- Lead content strategy across priority brands, campaigns and omnichannel activation plans
- Define content ecosystems that support brand growth across paid, owned and earned channels
- Translate brand platforms and media strategies into high-performing, channel-specific content
- Partner closely with Creative, Design, Media and Brand teams to deliver distinctive and commercially effective campaigns
- Develop frameworks, briefing standards and scalable ways of working to improve content quality and efficiency
- Drive content excellence across social, digital, e-commerce, CRM, shopper marketing and video
- Use insights, analytics and performance data to continuously optimise creative effectiveness
- Build scalable and modular content systems that improve speed, consistency and ROI across markets
- Lead and develop Content Managers while fostering a strong collaborative content community across Karo
- Manage and influence external agencies, production partners and freelancers to ensure high-quality delivery
- Champion innovation in content production, including AI, automation and emerging technologies
- Support content operations, workflow governance, budget optimisation and KPI delivery across the Centre of Excellence
