Now we are scaling globally and we are looking for a Head of Growth to take real ownership of growth across the region. This role is for someone who enjoys building from scratch, gets deep into funnel details, and at the same time has the strategic vision to identify and push for what’s needed to scale.


What will you be doing?

  • Design and implement the local brand strategy, including tone of voice, messaging, positioning, and channels based on the cultural context of each market.

  • Plan and execute activations, events, and partnerships with communities, media outlets, and key players in the local ecosystem.

  • Monitor brand presence (awareness, share of voice, sentiment) and its impact on the acquisition funnel (installs, sign-ups, first deposit).

  • Track and report key KPIs, including installs, initiated registrations, completed registrations, approved users, and activated users (FTD).

  • Identify opportunities within the acquisition strategy (messaging, channels, product) and scale improvements through concrete proposals and execution.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in Growth or Expansion teams, ideally leading or actively participating in the launch of a new market.

  • Experience in B2C fintech, crypto, or related industries.

  • Hands-on experience executing growth initiatives across channels such as influencer marketing, paid ads, communities, and partnerships.

  • Strong results-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate awareness into measurable growth metrics.

  • Hands-on profile with strategic thinking, capable of executing while owning outcomes end-to-end.

  • Based in Perú or Colombia.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with distributed teams or high-growth startups.
