We are looking for a Head of Sales – Telematics to lead the establishment and growth of Teltonika’s sales operations in Thailand, working with our leading Telematics devices portfolio.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role (player-coach), combining strategic responsibility with direct market execution.

In this role, you will:

  • Establish and develop Teltonika’s sales operations in Thailand
  • Build, lead, and coach a local sales team
  • Act as a hands-on player-coach, directly involved in key customer and partner engagements
  • Drive revenue growth, pipeline quality, and market penetration
  • Execute and adapt HQ-defined GTM strategy to the Thai market
  • Develop and manage distributor and partner relationships
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline
  • Collaborate closely with HQ and regional stakeholders

What we expect of you:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience managing a sales team in a senior or leadership role
  • Minimum working 5 years of B2B sales experience with measurable results
  • Strong leadership and people development capability
  • Professional-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Exposure to GTM (Go-To-Market strategy) is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage market environment
