We currently have an exciting vacancy for an HR Consultant to join our international team, supporting employees across Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg, and other EU countries. In this role, you will act as the crucial liaison between employees and our clients, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of queries. You'll support daily HR activities and assist in implementing essential HR policies, processes, and documents. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is a plus. This hybrid position allows you to work primarily from home, with occasional visits to our company premises based on operational needs. What You'll Do:

  • Preparing new employee files and onboarding;
  • Designing training plans for consultants and managing training providers;
  • Organizing progress meetings with clients;
  • Participating in the design of employee development plans;
  • Participating in the employee evaluation process;
  • Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation;
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the organization of the interview process;
  • Collecting employment and tax information;
  • Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
  • Properly handling complaints and grievance procedures;
  • Handling visa and work permit issuance.
