We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating the product vision to developers and testers, understanding user needs, and translating them into detailed requirements for the Squad. You will play a crucial role in building use cases, writing and managing user stories, as well as visualizing and mapping process flows.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate the product vision to development and testing teams.
- Understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements.
- Build use cases and manage user stories, visualizations, and process flows.
- Question and validate definitions presented by the business, ensuring they meet real user needs.
- Explain how requirements can be implemented from a functional standpoint and drive/improve the user experience.
- Assist in writing UAT scripts and participate in user acceptance testing when necessary.
- Document confirmed business processes to serve as a reference for IT development and support.
- Apply compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility, ensuring that SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are up to date.
- Understand the portfolio of IT systems used by the company, with the ability to specialize in specific applications and thereby develop deep product/BPM expertise.
- Support and/or facilitate system demonstrations through inspect-and-adapt workshops as needed.
- Help manage dependencies with other squads, working closely with the Squad's PO, peer product analysts, and the Product Manager.
- Track metrics and build reports to measure progress.
- Apply business process improvement methods for optimization.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Critical analysis skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
