We’re looking for a Junior Incident Manager to join our Operational Excellence team and support the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of our end-to-end business operations. You will play a key role in identifying, managing, and resolving operational incidents while helping us scale efficiently and sustainably.

Your Role

As a Junior Incident Manager, you will:

  • Support the coordination and resolution of operational incidents across key business areas (e.g., Supply Chain, Customer Care, IT Systems, and Logistics).

  • Monitor and identify disruptions in processes and escalate issues when needed.

  • Drive structured incident management processes, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and post-mortems.

  • Maintain incident logs, root cause documentation, and post-mortem analyses to support continuous improvement.

  • Assist in defining and improving incident response workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths.

  • Support the implementation of preventive measures and optimized SOPs to reduce recurring operational issues.

  • Act as a reliable coordination point during incidents, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed.

Your Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years in operations, logistics, project coordination, or incident/support roles.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel or GSheets and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Monday.com). ERP system knowledge is a plus.

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and project management skills.

  • Hands-on: Eager to learn, take on new challenges, and move the company forward.

What We Offer

  • Dynamic Environment: The opportunity to work in a start-up environment surrounded by a passionate and dedicated team.

  • Accelerate Your Career: Take on responsibility from day 1, with room for professional growth and advancement as the company continues to expand.

  • Inspiring Workspace: Located in the heart of Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg, a dog-friendly office, with free drinks and snacks.

  • Hybrid Working: We understand that sometimes you get more stuff done from home and need a change of scenery.

  • We Value Diversity: We seek to build an inclusive workplace that welcomes people from all different backgrounds. A welcoming, international, dedicated team with flat hierarchies and trust by default.

  • Employee Discounts: You’ll get to enjoy the Yepoda products at a discount and share it with friends and family to keep your glow going!

  • Unique add-ons: Enjoy an Urban Sports membership package to help you stay active and healthy.

Would you like to be part of the team? Then we'd love to hear from you! 🫰✨
