As part of the Operational Excellence SAP team, you will support core business processes by ensuring stable system operations, high data quality, and reliable execution across our global setup. Join our team in Munich and apply now!- Project Delivery: You coordinate multiple cross-functional projects in parallel across mainly Salesforce, SAP and Azure-based integrations, ensuring structured planning, execution, and team alignment using Jira and established project management practices
- Project Setup: You lead end-to-end project setup, including scope definition, requirements alignment, prioritization, and resource planning in close collaboration with the Project Management Office team
- Risk Management: You monitor project progress, dependencies, and risks, proactively managing issues and driving timely resolution to ensure stable delivery and predictable timelines
- Stakeholder Management: You facilitate stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and risk management while ensuring clear, consistent communication and regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders
- Audit & Compliance: You ensure audit-relevant deliverables and IT General Controls (ITGC) compliance across projects
- Optimization & Standardization: You contribute to PMO improvements by standardizing ways of working and leveraging AI tools to increase delivery efficiency
Your fitness level
- Education: You hold a degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field with a focus on business processes or IT systems
- Experience: You bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally in a Public Cloud environment
Process understanding: You understand how SAP supports end-to-end business processes across SD/FI - Financial knowledge: You have a basic understanding of FI concepts such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, as well as posting principles
- Master data awareness: You understand the importance of Business Partner master data in enabling reliable and scalable operations
- Business exposure: You have gained initial exposure to financial and operational processes within SAP
- Technical basics: You have a basic understanding or first exposure to integrations, APIs, or interfaces
- Data handling: You have some experience working with data (e.g. Excel, data uploads, or supporting data-related tasks)
- Collaboration: You communicate clearly and enjoy working with different stakeholders
- Analytical skills: You approach problems in a structured way and pay attention to detail
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Build expertise: You develop a solid understanding of EGYM’s SAP S/4HANA system landscape and how processes are supported in SAP
- Take ownership: You take responsibility for selected data areas and actively support their stability and improvement
- Improve data quality: You contribute to reliable master data and stable operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally: You build strong partnerships with business and technical teams
- You identify and support improvements that increase system reliability, data quality, and transparency
- Drive standardization: You help establish scalable, standardized ways of working across processes
