The Role
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager in Business & Industry to help us build and strengthen relationships with Pact’s most valued clients. You’ll work with leading organisations across professional services, finance, technology, property, and media - ensuring every one of them enjoys an exceptional coffee experience that reflects their brand and ours.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of major accounts, delivering outstanding service, developing tailored solutions, and driving commercial growth across the sector. You’ll also play a key role in winning new business throughout London and the South East, combining marketing-generated opportunities with your own targeted outreach in well-defined segments.
You’ll work closely with the wider B2B, Operations, and Marketing teams to make sure every client receives the attention and support they need - and that every interaction reflects Pact’s mission to make incredible coffee from the world’s best growers effortless to enjoy in workplaces across the UK.
