Join our team as Logistics Coordinator!

Ensuring that fresh products reach their destination on time, every day, is at the heart of this role. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination, and execution of transport flows across your assigned lanes, ensuring an efficient, reliable, and high-quality service. Working in a fast-paced international environment, you will be the key link between commercial and product areas making sure everything runs smoothly from origin to destination.

Your passion - our daily business

• You will plan, coordinate and monitor transport flows across your assigned lanes, ensuring on-time and cost-efficient deliveries
• You will optimize routes and transport solutions, balancing service, cost, and operational constraints
• You will act as the main point of contact between commercial and product teams
• You will track deliveries and proactively manage deviations, incidents and claims
• You will coordinate unloading schedules, warehouse distribution and cross-docking operations
• You will ensure clear and effective communication across all stakeholders
• You will analyze transport data and performance, identifying improvement opportunities
• You will support rate negotiations and cost control initiatives
• You will ensure compliance with quality standards and transport procedures, especially within temperature-controlled logistics

Requirements

What you'll bring along

• Higher Studies in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in transport or logistics coordination, ideally in an international environment
• Experience with perishable goods or temperature-controlled logistics is highly valued
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish and English. Dutch is a strong plus
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and optimize processes
• High attention to detail and structured way of working
• A hands-on, committed and proactive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
