We’re hiring a Client Services Manager to help scale our Private Equity business at proSapient. 

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-pace, high-expectation environments and wants real ownership: of people, of clients, and of outcomes. You’ll build and lead a high-performing team, partner closely with senior PE clients, and help define how proSapient scales its Private Equity offering through consistently high-quality, insight-led projects. 

  

You’ll sit at the intersection of people leadership, client strategy, and commercial performance, reflecting proSapient’s values while helping define what excellence looks like in our Private Equity offering. 

 

Key duties in this role will include: 

Project Management: 

  • Oversee the delivery of multiple, fast-moving Private Equity projects, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency. 
  • Coach and support Project Leads through complex, niche, or time-sensitive briefs. 
  • Use performance data to spot delivery issues early and continuously improve how work gets done. 
  • Maintain high standards across compliance, process, and client experience. 

Client Management: 

  • Act as a senior point of contact for PE clients, from deal teams through to senior partners. 
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding investment strategies and portfolio needs. 
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts, expand into new funds or regions, and deepen existing partnerships. 
  • Work closely with commercial and delivery teams to turn client insight into action. 

People Management: 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of client services professionals (from Associate to Team Lead). 
  • Create an inclusive, high-performance culture with clear expectations and regular feedback. 
  • Plan team capacity and resourcing to meet demand without compromising quality. 
  • Support career development and progression as the PE team continues to scale.
