We are seeking a highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Marketing & Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder of a growing midterm rental and real estate education business.

 

This role is primarily focused on content creation, social media growth, and marketing execution, while also supporting key administrative and operational tasks to help the Founder stay focused on high-impact activities such as webinars, partnerships, and revenue growth.

 

The ideal candidate is a marketing-driven operator who understands content, audience positioning, and brand consistency, but is also organized and reliable enough to support executive operations when needed.

 

This is not a task-only VA role. We are looking for someone who can own marketing execution end-to-end, while also acting as a trusted right hand to the Founder.

 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Marketing & Content (Primary Focus):

  • Own and manage content across Instagram and YouTube

  • Edit both short-form and long-form video content

  • Repurpose content into reels, posts, captions, and thumbnails

  • Ensure content aligns with a professional brand targeting experienced investors (35+)

  • Design on-brand graphics and marketing assets using Canva or similar tools

  • Develop and execute a consistent content strategy to grow visibility and engagement

  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on results

  • Suggest and implement content ideas, campaigns, and growth strategies

  • Maintain consistent posting schedules and brand voice across platforms

Content Operations & Systems:

  • Organize and manage content workflows using tools like Frame.io and Notion

  • Coordinate content collection, editing, approvals, and publishing

  • Maintain structured storage of all content assets

  • Improve content production processes for efficiency and scalability

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Monitor and organize inbound leads from webinars and funnels

  • Support lead nurturing through follow-ups and CRM updates

  • Track pipeline activity and flag opportunities for follow-up

  • Assist with onboarding new clients or students

Executive & Administrative Support:

  • Manage inbox communications and flag priority items

  • Coordinate calendar scheduling and meeting logistics

  • Handle light operational and administrative tasks as needed

  • Support day-to-day execution to keep operations running smoothly

Research & Operations Support:

  • Conduct research on vendors, tools, and service providers

  • Support coordination across multiple rental properties

  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements

  • Assist with system-building and operational scaling initiatives

 
 

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management (EA experience is a plus)

  • Strong experience with video editing (short-form and long-form)

  • Proven ability to manage and grow social media accounts

  • Highly organized with strong execution and follow-through

  • Comfortable supporting both marketing and operational tasks

  • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and communication expectations

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

  • Portfolio showcasing video editing and social media projects is required

  • Strong written and verbal English

  • Critical thinker who can build processes, not just follow them
