Tagaddod is seeking an innovative and strategic OD & Talent Manager to join our team. In this position, you will lead our talent acquisition efforts while also focusing on organizational development initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and growth. You will be instrumental in shaping the culture and workforce of Tagaddod by attracting top talent and fostering a positive work environment.

Your expertise in organizational development and talent acquisition will be essential in evaluating our current processes and implementing effective strategies for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end TA strategy, aligned with business growth plans.

- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities.

- Define hiring standards, interview frameworks, and assessment tools.

- Ensure consistency in job architecture, job descriptions, and grading.

- Track and optimize hiring KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health).

2. Organizational Design & Structure

- Design and maintain organizational structures, reporting lines, and role clarity.

- Lead org reviews during growth, restructuring, or business changes.

- Define spans of control, role scope, and accountability frameworks.

- Ensure org structures support efficiency, collaboration, and scalability.

3. Performance Management

- Own the performance management framework (goal setting, reviews, calibration).

- Translate business objectives into clear individual and team goals.

- Design and manage appraisal cycles, performance ratings, and calibration sessions.

- Partner with leaders on performance improvement plans (PIPs) and high-performance culture.

- Ensure performance outcomes link to rewards, development, and succession planning.

4. Talent Development & Capability Building

- Design career paths, job families, and progression frameworks.

- Identify critical roles and high-potential talent.

- Build and manage succession planning and talent review cycles.

- - define development priorities based on performance and business needs.

- Drive leadership development initiatives in collaboration with senior leaders.

5. Organization Development & Change Management

- Lead OD initiatives related to culture, engagement, and ways of working.

- Support leaders through organizational change, growth, or transformation.

- Diagnose organizational challenges using data (performance, engagement, attrition).

- Design interventions that improve productivity, accountability, and collaboration.

6. Data, Governance & Continuous Improvement

- Own people analytics related to talent, performance, and org health.

- Build dashboards and insights to support leadership decision-making.

- Ensure OD and talent processes are documented, scalable, and auditable.
