Operations (Apprentice)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on ESG trends, regulations, and industry best practices. Analyze data and prepare insightful reports and summaries.
• Support the development and execution of ESG initiatives and projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of project goals.
• Assist in the preparation of ESG and sustainability reports, including data collection, validation, analysis, and presentation. Support regulatory and voluntary sustainability disclosures.
• Support communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders on ESG initiatives, performance, and progress.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized ESG documentation and records, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Assist in planning and executing ESG-related events, workshops, and training programs.

Key Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech/MBA/Postgraduate preferred; prior internship experience in ESG or sustainability roles is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ESG frameworks and reporting standards (GRI, BRSR, TCFD preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across multiple functions.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and product advocacy.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable.
