We are seeking an ambitious and patient-focused Physical Therapist to become the lead clinician at the newest FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers location in Rowlett, TX.
This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who wants more than just a staff role. We are looking for someone excited to help build a clinic from the ground up, establish strong patient relationships, shape clinic culture, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and prevention strategies
- Provide exceptional patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal outcomes
- Uphold FYZICAL’s brand standards and clinical excellence
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for patient-centered care and clinic growth
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, balance, or pelvic health
- Interest in business development and community engagement
