The core mission of the Playable Ads team is to create engaging and interactive advertising experiences that captivate audiences and drive conversions. We work with playable developers and coordinators who turn games into HTML interactive ad experiences. Your main mission will be to produce high-performing playable ads for Paper.io 2 by creating, adapting, testing, and uploading them to our various ad networks.
We are looking for talented individuals interested in creating playable ads that let users try Paper.io 2! To succeed in this role, you need extensive Unity development experience and a track record of creating unique user experiences for a global audience.
Transform Paper.io 2 gameplay into interactive playable ad experiences
Optimize playable ads for the best user experience, scalability, and adaptability
Integrate analytics solutions to measure interactions and gain insights to improve the user experience
Build interactive playable templates that can be customized by graphic designers
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, such as testing new tools and implementing new processes
Develop a deep understanding of how your Paper.io playable ads perform and why
Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities
Explore different creative angles, mechanics, and formats around Paper.io
Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what competitors are doing and experiment with new ideas
Fully proficient in playable ad creation or in developing Unity projects, size optimized to be used as playable
Experience creating playable ads in Unity (Luna), Cocos Creator, or any relevant platform
Adequate knowledge of object-oriented programming and web game development
Proactive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
Fluent in English, both oral and written
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular hyper casual and casual games
Creative mindset and knowledge in game design
Strong interest in Paper.io 2, its gameplay loops, audience, and creative potential
Familiarity with 3rd party SDKs, analytics, and A/B testing in mobile games, preferred but not essential
