About the Role
A fast-growing enterprise AI platform company is looking for a Product Marketer to sit at the intersection of product and market. You'll translate frequent product releases into clear positioning, compelling stories, and sales-ready materials — playing a central role in how customers and prospects understand the platform's capabilities as both the product and category evolve.
What You'll Do
Own go-to-market plans for every meaningful product release and execute them across the right channels.
Turn product releases into compelling narratives that explain why new features matter to buyers.
Develop and maintain positioning that differentiates the product for different buyer personas and markets, including enterprise IT leaders and AI leads.
Create clear product content: comparison pages, capability overviews, one-pagers, and campaign explainers.
Work directly with customers, support tickets, and sales calls to surface what users value most.
Enable sales and customer success with framing, materials, and answers to difficult product questions.
Help define category positioning for enterprise AI as the market and product continue to evolve.
What We're Looking For
3+ years in product marketing, with a track record of delivering go-to-market for software features and releases.
Proven experience owning end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution across multiple channels.
Ability to explain technical products clearly to non-technical audiences — you don't need to be an engineer, but you can participate meaningfully in product reviews.
Excellent, clear writing skills: clarity over cleverness, always.
Habit of conducting customer research — conversations, support ticket reviews, and sales call attendance — to inform messaging.
Regular use of AI tools for research, drafting, and content synthesis as part of your everyday workflow.
A bias toward owning problems end-to-end rather than waiting for briefs.
Collaborative, kind approach to teammates and customer-facing stakeholders.
Nice to have: Experience targeting German enterprise IT markets (German Mittelstand).
Nice to have: Comfort being on camera or participating in public-facing demos and presentations.
Location & Work Arrangement
This role is based on-site in Berlin, Germany. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
