The Company has experienced rapid growth over the past 3 years and recently received a strategic investment from Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN). In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.

 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support program management, program support, change management, and governance initiatives within Federal or State agencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support program management and governance activities.
  • Coordinate and manage project planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives and leadership programs.
  • Provide consulting support to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Deliver superior customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct analysis, facilitate meetings, and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure effective use of time, resources, and project deliverables.
  • Support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management, program support, change management, or governance consulting within Federal or State agencies.
  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) required.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and add value to client interactions.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  •  Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  •  Strong analytical, consulting, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning and implementing leadership initiatives.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining a practical approach to execution.

 Clearance:

  • CBP BI Clearance preferred.

Pay: $120,000 to $160,000 per year
