We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Development Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team as a mid-level or senior counsel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with a focus on development and transactions.

This role will provide legal counsel and support across all phases of real estate development projects, from acquisition and financing to construction and disposition.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and counsel on all aspects of real estate development projects, including:
  • Land and property acquisition and due diligence
  • Entitlement and permitting
  • Construction and design agreements
  • Financing and joint ventures
  • Leasing and sales
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including:
  • Purchase agreements
  • Development agreements
  • Leases
  • Construction contracts
  • Loan documents
  • Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with real estate development projects.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant real estate laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including development, finance, and construction.
  • Interface with external parties, including government agencies, lenders, investors, and consultants.
  • Stay abreast of legal developments and industry best practices in real estate development.
