The role of Reception and Administrative Support Specialist is to support the Bank in providing reception services, office management (including facilities) and accounts payable support. 聽
This is a fully office-based role, with an expectation of 5 days per week on-site.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Reception:
o聽聽 Logging visitors internally and with building reception, booking meeting rooms.
o聽聽 Maintaining security requirements
o聽聽 Welcoming visitors, providing refreshments
o聽聽 Responding to calls and emails, forwarding to colleagues
o聽聽 Collecting and distributing mail, organizing couriers and mail out
聽
Office Management:
o聽聽 Organise reception, kitchen, stockroom, stationery/printing room
o聽聽 Ensure kitchen and stationery/printing are stocked
o聽聽 Book travel and hotel accommodation
o聽聽 Co-ordinate with building management
o聽聽 Co-ordinate with external contractors
o聽聽 Assist with health and safety activities

Accounts Payable:
o聽聽 Log invoices received
o聽聽 Obtain authorisation to pay in accordance with authorities matrix
o聽聽 Ensure new suppliers are checked
