The Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to play a key role in driving efficient, scalable, and high-quality in-house recruitment and people operations. Reporting to the People Director, you’ll provide critical support to the People Team by managing recruitment coordination, onboarding, workforce administration, and process improvement initiatives across the business.

The People Team does not operate under the traditional HR Business Partner model and there will be opportunities to support internal stakeholders across the business, contribute to projects, and further develop broader HR skills and experience within a collaborative and supportive team environment; an ideal opportunity for someone who has an ambition to develop their career in Talent and HR.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation where your contributions will directly support high-impact work across the UK and internationally.
