Bilingual Intake Specialist (Spanish/English) — Personal Injury (U.S. experience)
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Overview: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing empathetic and professional service while collecting key case information and performing initial screenings.
• Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls, chats, and web inquiries in both English and Spanish
• Conduct initial case screenings (auto accidents, slip & fall, etc.)
• Read and analyze medical records (medical terminology required)
• Accurately enter and manage case information in CRM systems
• Explain the intake process and next steps to clients
• Schedule appointments with attorneys or legal staff
• Follow up with clients to collect documents and signatures
• Maintain confidentiality and legal compliance standards
• Collaborate with attorneys and case teams
• Meet intake and conversion performance targets
• Requirements & Skills:
• English level C1 (advanced) and fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Intake Specialist with U.S. experience (required)
• Experience in Personal Injury
• Ability to read and understand medical records
• Experience with CRM/case management systems (Clio, Filevine, Litify, etc.)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professionalism and empathy when handling sensitive situations
