  • Reinforce critical behaviors through field observation and coaching
  • Partner with Safety and Superintendent teams to identify training gaps and risks
  • Maintain strong field presence to reinforce safe behaviors and identify trends
  • Support post-incident and near-miss training as needed
  • Track and report training completion in HammerTech/LMS
  • Stay current on OSHA standards and ensure compliant documentation

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of construction safety field experience
  • OSHA 500 and authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer required
  • Knowledge of Energy-Based Safety and SIF prevention

  • Experience with HammerTech or similar platforms preferred

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, on-site assignment at a designated large-scale construction project
  • Physical demands are consistent with an active commercial construction environment, including standing, walking, climbing, and working outdoors
