As a Sales Development Representative at Amenitiz, your primary objective is to generate qualified outbound opportunities for the Sales team. You are the first conversation a hotelier has with us - which means your ability to listen, ask the right questions, and match our solution to a genuine business need directly shapes the quality of our pipeline.
We serve independent hoteliers across Europe: family hotels, boutique properties, and small chains that have long been underserved by technology designed for large chains. With over 15,000 customers and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, we have a product with proven market fit. You will be selling something that makes a measurable difference to the people who use it.
Your mission:
Generate qualified opportunities through structured outbound prospecting - cold calling, email, and LinkedIn - with a focus on the Spanish market
Engage prospects with a consultative approach: understand their operational challenges before presenting a solution
Build trust and credibility quickly, converting meaningful conversations into live product demonstrations for the Sales team
Maintain high outbound activity while preserving the quality of each interaction
Manage lead data and pipeline activity accurately in HubSpot, ensuring reliable forecasting
Collaborate with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
About you:
Minimum one year of experience in a sales or business development role
Spanish native speaker with strong written and verbal English
You listen before you pitch and adapt your communication style to the person in front of you
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high volume without losing attention to detail
Driven by results and motivated by working in a performance-oriented environment
Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or online travel is an advantage
