We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer with strong experience to join a high-performing team at the forefront of a large-scale multi-cloud transformation. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, Data teams, and senior developers to deliver robust, scalable Salesforce solutions across a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customised solutions using Apex, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows
- Build and configure features across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including page layouts, record types, validation rules, automation, queues, assignment rules, and case workflows
- Contribute to integration development using REST APIs, platform events, external services, and middleware
- Maintain and extend declarative components, including Flow development and Process Builder migration
- Translate business requirements from Product Owners and Business Analysts into clearly defined technical tasks
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, unit testing, and documentation
- Support QA cycles, deployment activities, and defect resolution, upholding Salesforce development standards throughout
- Troubleshoot platform issues, performance challenges, and integration errors
- Drive improvements to code quality, scalability, and reusability
- Keep pace with Salesforce releases and emerging platform features, applying relevant enhancements proactively
