Your Role

You manage project-based B2B orders from validation to delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and on-time performance.

This is a highly autonomous role in a non-routine environment, requiring strong multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage demanding stakeholders.

  • Own the full order-to-cash process (order validation, processing, delivery, invoicing) for APAC
  • Perform rigorous order checks (pricing, timelines, product references, availability)
  • Perform Procurement tasks (Purchase orders, receptions) in cooperation with Purchasing teams and European Supply Chain
  • Purchase and coordinate local transport from port arrival or local supplier to customer delivery in APAC
  • Manage international logistics and customs, including complex flows (e.g. South Korea)
  • Negotiate and challenge requirements (lead times, transport, cost ownership) with integrators
  • Act as main point of contact for demanding B2B customers on Supply topics
  • Manage internal orders for Service Center and Marketing
  • Manage limited Finished Product local stock.
  • Resolve operational issues directly and ensure continuity of delivery
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations, both in Japan and France
