The Senior Manager, Premium Products will support the growth and execution of CLEAR’s premium experiences portfolio, including CLEAR Concierge. This role will serve as the day-to-day business lead across partner management, operational coordination, and strategic initiatives to ensure exceptional member experiences and scalable growth.


 

What you'll do:

  • Quarterback the ongoing development and day-to-day execution of the CLEAR Concierge cross-functional roadmap, enabling growth while ensuring the team delivers a seamless member experience at scale
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for premium offerings, including project and partner coordination, launch execution, and ongoing optimization
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Marketing, Product, Engineering to drive execution against business priorities
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to expand customer value and service offerings, serving as the day-to-day point of contact for external partners, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and execution across initiatives
  • Operationalize partnerships and manage ongoing partner success and deliverables
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing premium experiences and support the launch of new services across CLEAR’s physical and digital footprint
  • Track business performance, customer insights, and operational trends to recommend improvements that drive growth and customer satisfaction

What you're great at:

  • Experience in partnerships, project management, business operations, and/or premium member experience environments
  • Strong ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and drive execution across multiple stakeholders
  • Developing and executing implementation plans and standard operating procedures
  • Building and maintaining strong external relationships with strategic partners and vendors
  • Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Communicating effectively with senior leaders, external partners, and operational teams
  • Leveraging data and customer insights to improve performance and member experience
  • Operating with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Passionate about delivering elevated hospitality and customer experiences at scale

The base salary range for this role is $150,000.00 - $185,000.00, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
