The Opportunity
As a Senior Robotics Engineer, you will design and implement high-performance software systems for robotic teleoperation and telepresence.
You will lead the development of scalable teleoperation stations and robotics software infrastructure, define engineering best practices, and help shape the technical direction of the team.
Your Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance software systems for robotic teleoperation
- Lead the design and development of robotics software infrastructure and frameworks for large-scale deployment
- Drive technical decisions and establish best practices for robotics software development
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with hardware, product, and research teams to define technical roadmaps
- Solve complex problems in teleoperation control, telepresence, data collection, and model execution
- Design and implement simulation environments and testing frameworks to validate robotic behaviors
- Optimize algorithms for performance, reliability, and resource efficiency
- Contribute to technical discussions and product planning
