  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Store Room team

  • Ensure accurate receiving, inspecting, and recording of all incoming deliveries

  • Monitor stock levels and oversee regular inventory checks to maintain optimal supply levels

  • Guarantee proper storage, organization, and rotation of all items in accordance with safety and hygiene standards

  • Approve and process internal requisitions, ensuring timely delivery to all departments

  • Maintain accurate stock records and support the implementation of inventory management systems

  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Kitchen, F&B, and other operational departments to ensure smooth internal supply flow

  • Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety within the Store Room at all times

  • Train, guide, and motivate team members to perform their tasks efficiently and accurately

  • Report discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues to the Purchasing Manager

  • Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or logistics

  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support a small team

  • Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic MS Office applications

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment

  • Physical ability to lift, move, and organize stock items

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or supply chain is a plus
