About The Role
We are looking for an Intern to join our TOMS EMEA Supply Chain team to manage our Wholesale accounts and Distributors. To safeguard and optimize day-to-day logistics processes, to find cost reduction opportunities for B2B processes and to create visibility of the profitability of customers. Your focus will be on service and costs. You will report to the Logistic, Sales and Operation Manager.
What You’ll Do
As Intern Supply Chain you will support the team on three important areas:
Build reports from our Supply Chain systems
Support the Logistic team with several day-to-day tasks: updating weekly sales reports, supporting customer service with orderbook management, and daily contact with our 3PL warehouse, with sales, and the complete Supply Chain team
Support stock management and inventory-related tasks: assist all departments with inventory-related activities, including reporting and stock checks, collaborate with our 3PL warehouse to manage stock counts and discrepancies, and track and analyze inventory data to identify process improvement opportunities.
Support TOMS with optimizing the process of some of our key accounts

Requirements
This internship is only open to students residing in the Netherlands
HBO/WO student (e.g. Logistics engineering, Industrial engineering, Economics)
You are fluent English (both verbal and spoken) – Dutch is preferred

A 5- or 6-month internship (32 to 40 hours per week)
Sep 2026 – Feb 2026 (flexible)
2 vacation days per month based on 40 hours
Hybrid working, 2 days at the EMEA office (Tuesday and Thursday) and the other days work from home
