Test Coordinator

About the role...

We are currently seeking an experienced Test Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad.

What you will do...

Coordinate all testing activities;

Leverage automation testing as much as possible to enable the development team to perform unit/integration/Factory Acceptance testing;

Manage the testing tools, including automation testing tool, defect tracking tool, test management tool, etc.;

Plan and control that any changes to the system are validated in accordance with specifications and requirements;

Manage the environments specific testing activities and plan the usage of these; testing activities and plan the usage of these;

Supervise and document test plans, tests and tests results;

Technical Skills required...

Minimum 8 years of experience in the defined area of expertise;

Minimum 6 years of automated and manual software testing experience, and experience with Automation Testing tools (e.g., TOSCA, QTP), Test Management tool (Qtest, QC), Requirements and Defect Management tools (Jira), Code Quality Review tools (e.g., SonarQube), Test Execution Monitoring tools (Splunk)

Ability to understand the functional and technical design of a given IT system/application;

Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies;

Capacity in writing documents;
