Your Role
As VP Customer Success, you will own how Manex AI delivers measurable impact on the factory floor, from first pilot to global rollout. You combine senior project leadership with a deep understanding of production and data, and you build the team and the relationships that turn our platform into lasting customer value. Industry leaders such as BMW, Audi, BSH, Stellantis, Liebherr, Still, TDK Electronics, and Henkel already rely on Manex AI. You will work with major clients from Day 1, take decisions that shape the company, and build up autonomous factories together with them.
This is a high-impact, full-time leadership position based in Munich within an exceptional team. It requires a high level of personal responsibility, a strategic and analytical mindset, strong drive, high motivation, and a shared ambition to win together.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and oversee complex customer projects, ensuring delivery from pilot to global rollout
Drive project management and coordination of integrations across industries
Guide and mentor sales, ops, and tech stakeholders within cross-functional project teams
Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships with enterprise stakeholders, from shop floor to C-level
Strategically expand and manage the Customer Impact Team
Take an active role in the strategic development of the business model and product
What Sets You Up for Success
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar (industry PhD a strong plus)
5 to 10 years of professional experience in consulting, automotive, manufacturing, or tech
Good understanding of AI, software, and production processes
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and orchestrate stakeholders
Business-fluent in German and English
Based in Munich or willing to relocate, ready to go all-in with us
